We collect as little as we can get away with. If you set a rate alert, we keep your email so we can send it. That's the whole story, but here it is in full.
One reason only: to email you when a tracked rate drops below the target you set. If you delete your alert, we delete the email with it. We don’t add you to a newsletter or a marketing list you didn’t ask for.
We use a small amount of privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits and see where people get stuck. It doesn't identify you personally and doesn't follow you across other sites. We don't run advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If we ever add anything that needs your consent, we'll ask first with a clear choice.
We keep your email for as long as your alert is active. Cancel the alert, or click unsubscribe in any email, and your record is removed. Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be kept longer to track how the site is used over time.
Your details are stored with reputable infrastructure and email providers (Cloudflare and Resend) and are protected in transit. No system is perfect, but we hold only what we need, which keeps the risk low by design.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out. As an Australian service we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything significant, like a new use of your email, we will tell you directly before it takes effect.
